The consortium of ADAMIETZ Warszawa Sp. z o.o. and HOCHTIEF Polska S.A. has signed a contract to design and serve as the general contractor for a state-of-the-art data processing center on the Data4 campus in Jawczyce, near Warsaw. The client is Data4 Group, a leading European operator and investor in the data center sector.
The first Polish data center campus is to be located on a 4-hectare plot in Jawczyce. The project will ultimately include four facilities with a total power capacity of 60 MW. The first data center, with a power capacity of 8 MW, was officially opened in May this year and occupies more than 2,200 m².
The consortium will oversee the construction of the second building. The facility will consist of two sections: a technological area and an office area. All spaces are designed to ensure easy communication and the efficient transport of goods to every part of the building.
All work will be carried out in accordance with BREEAM standards, ensuring respect for the environment during construction and operation. The highest safety standards will also be maintained on the construction site.
The Data4 campus, located at Przyparkowa Street in Jawczyce, is approximately 12 km from the center of Warsaw and 14 km from Chopin Airport, with excellent access via the nearby S8, S2, and A2 highways.
