5. Data will be processed for the following purposes:

1) Conclusion and performance of a contract concluded with the Controller and making necessary settlements in connection with its conclusion – for the time necessary to perform the contract, and after its termination, personal data will be processed for the time required to demonstrate proper performance of obligations arising from it until the expiration of the time limits indicated in archiving regulations (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);

2) Compliance with the Controller’s statutory obligations, particularly tax and reporting obligations – for the time necessary to meet the statutory obligations, especially until the expiration of the tax liability limitation period (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR);

3) Pursuit of the Controller’s legitimate interest described below – for the time necessary to pursue that interest, but not longer than the time required to recognise a justified objection due to your specific situation, and no longer than five years from the date of contract termination (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

After the processing is complete, the data will be deleted.

6. Providing data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it will prevent the conclusion of the contract.

7. The legal basis for processing also includes Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the Controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring necessary settlements related to the concluded contract, pursuing claims, and building relationships and reputation.

8. Recipients of your personal data may include:
a) Tax offices;
b) banks;
c) Entities cooperating in legal and accounting services;
d) The Controller’s contractors (for the execution of concluded contracts);
e) Entities or authorities entitled to obtain personal data under the law (including courts, prosecutors, bailiffs, regulatory and supervisory authorities);

9. The Controller does not intend to transfer your data outside the EEA or to international organisations.

6. Providing your data is voluntary; however, failure to do so will prevent the execution of the processes mentioned in point 5 by the Controller and its contractor (on whose behalf you act).

Recruitment Clause Without Correlation to a Specific Recruitment Process, Including the Possibility of Consent for Data Sharing with Affiliated Companies

Personal data will be processed for a period of 3 years, after which it will be deleted.

If you provide additional consent for your personal data to be shared with affiliated companies of the Controller, such data will be processed by those companies based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for the period specified in the consent, but no longer than until the consent is withdrawn, after which the data will be deleted.

The Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EEA or to international organisations.

If your data is processed based on a separate consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. However, this will not affect the legality of data processing that took place before the withdrawal of consent.

Recipients of your data may include:
a) Companies affiliated with the Controller (if a separate consent is provided);
b) Entities or authorities entitled to obtain personal data under the law (including courts, prosecutors, enforcement authorities, regulatory and supervisory bodies);

The legal basis for processing your data is:
a) For actions necessary to conduct the recruitment process and enter into a contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e., your explicit request prior to entering into a contract.
b) For statutory obligations of the Controller, such as arranging pre-employment medical examinations, processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
c) For personal data beyond the scope defined in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code, it is processed based on your consent, provided by submitting your application to us (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
d) For special category data you provide (Article 9(1) GDPR), it is processed based on your explicit consent, provided by submitting your application to us (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR).

Personal data will be processed until the conclusion of the recruitment process (lasting no more than 3 months from the job posting date), after which it will be deleted.

If you provide additional consent for data processing for future recruitment purposes, such data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for the period specified in the consent, but no longer than until the consent is withdrawn, after which the data will be deleted.

If you provide additional consent for your personal data to be shared with affiliated companies of the Controller, such data will be processed by those companies based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for the period specified in the consent, but no longer than until the consent is withdrawn, after which the data will be deleted.

The Controller does not plan to transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EEA or to third countries.

Where data is processed based on a separate consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data in the Service

3.1. Personal data of all Service Users are processed by the Administrator for:
a) the purpose of providing electronic services to make the content gathered in the Service accessible to the Users – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
b) the purpose of establishing and asserting claims or defending against claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which consists of protecting their rights;
c) the purpose of enabling contact with the Administrator through a contact form;
d) the purpose of enabling job applications to the Administrator, either in connection with a specific recruitment process (in which case, the relevant clause applies) or without reference to a specific recruitment process (in which case, the relevant clause applies).

7.3. The Administrator reserves the right to disclose selected User information to competent authorities or third parties who request such information based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law.

9.1. The Administrator continuously analyses risks to ensure that Personal Data is processed securely – ensuring, in particular, that only authorised persons have access to the data and only within the scope necessary for the tasks they perform. The Administrator ensures that all operations on Personal Data are logged and performed only by authorised employees and collaborators.

9.2. The Administrator takes all the necessary measures to ensure that subcontractors and other cooperating entities provide appropriate security measures whenever they process Personal Data on behalf of the Administrator.

According to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we provide the following information.

Your personal data in the form of your image is processed as part of video monitoring using devices that record video (without sound). These personal data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR to pursue the legitimate interests of the Administrator, which include the protection of persons and property within the premises and safeguarding confidential information that, if disclosed, could harm the Administrator. The obtained personal data are subject to constant monitoring by security, continuous recording for verification purposes, and used for monitoring property after work hours within the premises.

These personal data are processed solely for the purposes for which they were collected.

3. Data Recipients and Other Entities:
If necessary, data may be disclosed to the following recipients:
a) Third parties that can demonstrate that processing is essential to pursue legitimate interests.

Data may also be transferred to entities not classified as data recipients, i.e., public authorities entitled to obtain personal data under specific proceedings per EU or Member State law. These entities may include law enforcement authorities and courts.

4. Data Retention Period:
a) Your personal data will generally be stored for no longer than 1 month from the recording date.
b) If the recordings serve as evidence in legal proceedings or the Administrator learns they may serve such purposes, the retention period may be extended until the proceedings are lawfully concluded.
c) After these periods, recorded video data containing personal data will be permanently deleted unless otherwise required by specific regulations.

5. Obligation to Provide Data:
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to access the premises.

6. Automated Decision-Making and Data Transfers to Third Countries:
Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, as outlined in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR. The data will not be transferred outside the EU, Iceland, Norway, or Liechtenstein.
