The investment is being carried out by the consortium of Adamietz Warszawa and Adamietz. The project involves the modernization of the Congress Hall to meet the current fire safety requirements and technical standards, while preserving the historical character of the rooms. The work also aims to improve functionality by creating appropriate sanitary, technical-logistical, and social facilities for staff and other participants. An important task is adapting the building to the needs of people with disabilities. Due to the planned use of the hall, improving acoustics is one of the key elements of the modernization process. This includes enhancing the existing acoustic systems and incorporating new technologies in acoustics and electroacoustics. The modernization will also include conservation work designed to restore the original decor and character of the interiors. The main functional use of the space will be for conferences, concerts, cabarets, and cultural events of various types
