Under the signed agreement, ADAMIETZ Warszawa will construct an administration and vocational training building featuring a flat, modern roof, terraces on the ground and first floors, technical rooms, and an enclosed underground garage. To meet the growing needs of employees and clients, the facility will also include parking spaces for electric vehicles equipped with independent charging points. The contract covers a building with a total area of 3,750 m² and a volume exceeding 17,000 m³. The project, initiated by SEKA S.A.—a company highly valued for its expertise in occupational health and safety (OHS) and fire protection—is a modern investment with numerous amenities for owners and users.
