5. Data will be processed for the following purposes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) Conclusion and performance of a contract concluded with the Controller and making necessary settlements in connection with its conclusion \u2013 for the time necessary to perform the contract, and after its termination, personal data will be processed for the time required to demonstrate proper performance of obligations arising from it until the expiration of the time limits indicated in archiving regulations (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);<\/p>\n

2) Compliance with the Controller\u2019s statutory obligations, particularly tax and reporting obligations \u2013 for the time necessary to meet the statutory obligations, especially until the expiration of the tax liability limitation period (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR);<\/p>\n

3) Pursuit of the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest described below \u2013 for the time necessary to pursue that interest, but not longer than the time required to recognise a justified objection due to your specific situation, and no longer than five years from the date of contract termination (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).<\/p>\n

After the processing is complete, the data will be deleted.<\/p>\n

6. Providing data is voluntary<\/strong>; however, failure to provide it will prevent the conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n

7. The legal basis for processing also includes Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest in ensuring necessary settlements related to the concluded contract, pursuing claims, and building relationships and reputation.<\/p>\n

\nb) banks;
\nc) Entities cooperating in legal and accounting services;
\nd) The Controller\u2019s contractors (for the execution of concluded contracts);

6. Providing your data is voluntary;<\/strong> however, failure to do so will prevent the execution of the processes mentioned in point 5 by the Controller and its contractor (on whose behalf you act).<\/p>\n

\nc)<\/strong> For the special category data you voluntarily provide (Article 9(1) GDPR), it is processed based on your explicit consent, which you provide by submitting your application to us (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR).<\/p>\n

Personal data will be processed for a period of 3 years, after which it will be deleted.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you provide additional consent for your personal data to be shared with affiliated companies of the Controller<\/strong>, such data will be processed by those companies based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for the period specified in the consent, but no longer than until the consent is withdrawn, after which the data will be deleted.<\/p>\n

The Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EEA or to international organisations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If your data is processed based on a separate consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time<\/strong>. However, this will not affect the legality of data processing that took place before the withdrawal of consent.<\/p>\n
